Mossbank Public Hall
The charity continues to provide a community hall for the use of the inhabitants of Mossbank and the surrounding area, including the use of the facilities and the organisation of recreational activities with the object of improving the conditions of life for those inhabitants. We pride ourselves in creating a nice, safe environment for the whole community to use.
To open each Thursday between 10 am and 12 noon a warm safe place for those experiencing social isolation and loneliness. To provide warm drinks, food and company giving people an opportunity to connect with each other. We have a large elderly community some of whom suffer from mental illnesses who would benefit from this. We also plan to hold boccia sessions and other game events to get people interacting with each other.
