Inspiring recovery through health fitness and wellbeing. At new heights we believe everyone can find the confidence and support needed to aid their recovery. We work with individuals and groups to broaden their knowledge and participate in outdoor activities, exercise and experience nature to assist them with their future hopes and aspirations.

We believe in the importance of physical activity to benefit mental well-being reduce social isolation and improve participation and engagement in recovery. We aim to get people experiencing outdoor activity to broaden their horizons and reduce the stigma people live with due to substance use and limited opportunities. As a charity all our events and services are free at the point of use to encourage maximum participation.
