Newcastleton & District Community Trust
The Community Team is here to offer support and find ways to improve the mental health and wellbeing of everyone in the community.
Our Team wants you to feel supported, valued and equipped to improve your well-being. We are here to listen, help with any challenges, offer personalised support, and help you find the right advice. This may lead to some further one-to-one support, connection with others in the community or an introduction to another group or organisation.
We promote and encourage the Scottish Borders ‘Ways to be Well’ creating opportunities for people to ‘belong’, ‘enjoy and learn’. The community team runs activities led by Rachel, Lynsey and Michelle.
Whatever your age and experience level we try to provide something for everyone to enjoy.
