North East Recovery Community

North East Recovery Community (NERC) is a peer led charity that provides a variety of recovery initiatives in Glasgow, with the aim of promoting and assisting recovery from addiction to alcohol and drugs. NERC is ran by a fantastic team of volunteers all who have come through their own unique recovery journey.

NERC run six successful recovery cafes, a running group and an arts and crafts group across the North East of the city, which are all ran by volunteer's. We also have online Meditation on Zoom every Tuesday and Thursday evening.

Our Recovery cafes are a safe and confidential place for individuals and their family members who are recovering from addiction, to get practical and emotional support and advice.

We are based at 20 Broad Street, Bridgeton.
