North United Communities Glasgow
We deliver the following free programmes and activities on a case by case basis, tailored to the individual families involved:
- Triple P programmes
- One to one parenting support tailored to individual needs and care plans
- Preventative and responsive work with families
- Outreach and home visits providing both practical and emotional support
- Programmes utilising a multi-agency approach working in collaboration with a range of agencies and organisations offering a joined up approach to meet the needs of those families who have been identified as being at risk of not coping, or only just coping.
- Activities and outings for children and families
We utilise local venues within communities and have a flexible out of hours response, including evenings, weekend and holiday periods to help make these sessions accessible.
