If you are struggling with depression, anxiety, bereavement, domestic violence or even self-confidence, please understand that you are not alone.
At Nur Counselling we provide a safe and confidential space for you to get the support and help that you need. Therapeutic Counselling works with different modalities of therapy that support each client as an individual. Whether CBT or Person Centred, the holistic approach will adapt to suit the needs of the client. An integrative model that is recognised and accredited by the BACP.
Nur Counselling also offers Islamic Counselling. This service works with females only.
