We are a Social Enterprise providing a range of dance and fitness classes in the rural communities of Orkney.
Our class range from seated exercises for older adults, exercise for Parkinson's, rebounding classes, dance fitness and dance classes for children.
Our vision is to provide accessible fitness and exercise programmes to the Orkney Community, improving physical fitness and mental wellbeing and reducing social isolation.
