Outpatients Department
Most outpatient appointments are held in the general outpatient department opposite the main hospital reception area. Some children’s clinics are held in the children’s outpatient’s department. Local and visiting medical teams, specialist nurses and therapists all hold clinics in the outpatient department. Also hosts appointments for the ‘Pre-Operative Assessment Team’ to ensure that you are fit for surgery (eg. reviewing/changing medications before your operation).
