PFW is an Inverness-based charity promoting health and wellbeing.
1. PFW Free Group Health Walks- a health walks project working with 12 groups across Highland.
2. PFW Community Transport in Inverness - available to anyone registered with an Inverness GP practice. people to attend health and social care . We charge a flat rate of £5 per journey (£8 return) . We currently have a fleet of four vehicles including a wheelchair accessible minibus.
3. Inverness Festival of Walking and Wheeling. Our first first takes place in May 2023 and more than 30 local walking and cycling groups are taking part. More details at www.wawfest.com
