Past Times Dementia-friendly Community

Past Times Dementia-friendly Community Logo

Past Times meets in Rutherglen Stonelaw Church—we reach out with warm hospitality, friendship, and support to anyone living with dementia, their carers and family members in the Rutherglen and Cambuslang area.  Currently, we provide social activities three times each month from 2.30 - 4pm.  Each meeting offers something different, with our aim always being that our visitors should leave happier than when they arrived.

Our meetings:

  • Musical Memories is held on the second Wednesday of every month.
  • Come-and-Try is held on the third Wednesday of the month.
  • The Drop-in Memory Café is held on the fourth Wednesday of the month.

Professional advice is always available, as a support worker from Alzheimer Scotland and/or the local Older Adult Mental Health Team attends all our sessions.
