Pillar of Hope provides free befriending, wellbeing, and practical support. The Uplifting Minds Together project offers culturally sensitive one-to-one and group befriending for individuals facing mental health and social challenges. We offer companionship, emotional support, signposting, and wellbeing activities. Support is confidential, volunteer-led, and available weekdays with flexible contact times.
