Recovery Coaching Scotland CIC

Borders In Recovery is a Lived Experience Recovery Community and offers recovery Peer Groups and Cafes in Hawick, Galashiels, Duns, Peebles & Kelso. We also offer a 10 week Self Coaching course for people in recovery (from anything!).

Visible recovery communities have become a mainstay of the Scottish recovery landscape over the last ten years. Recovery communities offer recovery support, meaningful activities, socialisation opportunities and health and wellbeing activities as well as many other leisure and personal development opportunities for their participants and volunteers.
