The organisation supports children, young people, couples, parents or entire families to overcome relationship difficulties and conflict.

Mediation helps parties to negotiate to resolve conflict and problems together, helped by a trained mediator. This can be separated parents negotiating future arrangements for their children, young people negotiating resolutions to conflict with their parents, or any family scenario where communication has broken down and there is conflict.

Counselling and therapies are confidential services that enable individuals/couples to understand their relationship problems better and work with a counsellor on strategies to prevent them in future. Counselling also helps young people to make sense of some issues within their families (like moving into a blended family or parental separation) which can hugely impact on their mental well-being, self-esteem and educational attainment.

Contact Centres are neutral, safe, child-friendly places where children/young people can spend time with their parent(s) or other family members they would not get to see otherwise, for a variety of reasons. This can be following the parents' separation, looked after children seeing their parents in a consistent way, or indeed any family situation where it is not possible for the parents/families to manage arrangements independently.

Building relationships and increasing children's resilience is at the core of the services provided.
