Resilience Learning Partnership

Resilience Learning Partnership Logo

Resilience Learning Partnership (RLP) are an education and training provider with a dual purpose.

We support the public, third and private sectors in Trauma Informed Practice. We inform learning and development through our work, ensuring that lived experience is considered in service design, public policy or decision-making areas in an authentic and meaningful way.

We are a lived experience-led organisation and around 82% of our current workforce have lived experience of psychological trauma.

RLP has many projects and initiatives running at any one time. This diverse and innovative approach to working allows us to be very responsive to the current needs of those we serve.
