Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh
The Royal Botanic Garden Edinburgh is a scientific centre for the study of plants, their diversity and conservation, as well as a popular tourist attraction. Visitors are keen to enjoy the beauty and tranquillity of our Gardens while some are looking to explore the garden's plant collections.
The Edinburgh garden is located one mile from the city centre, it covers 70 acres with many different garden paths to follow and a number of historical buildings, including the art gallery Inverleith House. There are two cafes, a restaurant, a shop and a number of public toilets available.
Our free, monthly Garden Socials for those living with dementia and their family members, are now in person. Our specialist staff will lead informative presentations and there will be opportunities to chat...
