Substance Support Scotland (Fife Alcohol Support Service)
Substance Support Scotland (formerly Fife Alcohol Support Service) helps people build healthier, more stable and fulfilling lives through counselling, wellbeing and training. We work with individuals, families and communities to reduce harm, strengthen recovery and support positive change. With over 45 years of experience rooted in Fife, we’re known for professional, compassionate and evidence-based support for people affected by alcohol or substance use and related mental health challenges.
Our approach is person-centred, holistic and wraparound, recognising that recovery involves emotional, practical and social needs. By combining counselling, practical help and opportunities for growth, we create lasting change.
Our transition to Substance Support Scotland reflects the breadth of our services and commitment to collaboration. While our frontline services remain rooted in Fife, our accredited training and specialist partnerships now extend Scotland-wide.
