The Exchange

The Exchange Logo

The Exchange provides counselling services and therapeutic interventions through face-to-face sessions, and telephone and online chat support.

The Exchange is part of Health is One- a specialist counselling organisation with over 18 years' of experience in schools.

We work with 9 Local Authorities with over 1800 referrals every school year. We are informed by the SHANARRI wellbeing indicators and work to “Get It Right For Every Child”.

The mental health and well-being of every child and young person are priorities throughout our principles of building resilience. We provide age-appropriate therapeutic interventions to support managing present issues and developing resilience for coping in later stages.

We work to minimise waiting times and involve young people in the therapeutic process, assessing success frequently through the CORE score framework.
