The Health and Wellness Hub
Our small charity provides health improvement activity in a non-clinical, therapeutic and holistic way and local people can access this activity via our community based initiatives, projects and programmes, all of which are affordable, accessible and most importantly inclusive to everyone regardless of their barriers. We have a particular focus on helping local people who are marginalised and disadvantaged in some way e.g. ill-health, disability and/or financial hardship.
We offer holistic therapies, tai chi, Zumba, yoga, chair based exercise classes, peer support groups, walking groups Volunteering, Training and Development Opportunities as well as outreach health and wellbeing programmes delivered to third and statutory partners.
