The Health Shop (Ninewells)
The Health Shop is part of NHS Tayside's Directorate of Public Health. The Health Shop is a free resource unit offering information on a wide range of health promotion and long term condition/self management. It also offers signposting and referrals to local and national services that support health and wellbeing.
The Health Shop provides free condoms and period products. A hearing aid battery replacement and re-tubing service are also offered on a Tuesday afternoon for users of NHS issued hearing aids. The Health Shop works closely with NHS Tayside's Advice Centre that offers information and referrals to support people with money, housing, debt, food insecurity, or fuel issues
