Time For Me, Angela Ltd is committed to providing Advanced Clinical Hypnotherapy, Neuro Linguistic Programming, Person Centred Counselling, Mindfulness, Wellbeing & Mental Health workshops and Emotional Freedom Technique therapy to support individuals in achieving lasting transformation and healing. Specialising in PTSD, CPTSD and Anxiety support.

I am a highly skilled, compassionate practitioner committed to empowering individuals to overcome trauma, anxiety, depression, limiting beliefs, as well as release emotional blockages and break habits whilst cultivating a deep sense of inner peace and wellbeing. Through therapeutic techniques and personalised care, each individual is supported on their unique journey.

Workplace wellbeing program's available on request; all programs can be tailor-made.

Time For Me is based in Kilmarnock within the Ingram Enterprise Centre.

Hours of business: Monday - Friday, 9am-5pm, late evening appointments available on request and availability.
