Tingwall, Whiteness and Weisdale Community Council Logo

The Tingwall, Whiteness and Weisdale Community Council is one of 18 Community Councils in Shetland: voluntary organisations set up by Shetland Islands Council as the most local tier of elected representation. Our role is to act as a voice on behalf of local communities, and we aim to represent a full cross-section of the community and encourage people to get involved regardless of gender, race, age, disability, nationality or sexual orientation. Members are all people who live in the area and the Community Council is both non-party political and non-sectarian.
