Transition Stirling

Transition Stirling is an environmental charity focusing on helping the people of Stirlingshire transition to a more resilient sustainable way of living, providing a positive local response to climate change.

Transition Stirling's aim is to help Stirling, and surrounding communities, reduce the amount of waste sent to landfill, with initiatives such as a Tool Library, Repair Cafe events, Stirling Community Food, Wood Reuse scheme and a variety of educational workshops covering upcycling and repair of furniture and textiles, plus sessions on sustainable food. The project will also raise awareness of climate change and ways to make a positive difference through a series of events and Climate Conversation sessions.
