Our mission is to improve, maintain and promote the physical, mental and social wellbeing of older adults through walking football.
Walking football is same as any other game of football just walking instead of running! As you get older, there’s no reason why you can’t get that same pleasure – with activities that you know and feel good about and at your pace.
