Your Options Understood (Y.O.U) is a CIC based in North Ayrshire, providing services across Ayrshire, Glasgow and Edinburgh. The organisation provides a range of services for disabled individuals, parents/carers, support providers and P.A's including advocacy, consultancy, self-directed support information and advice, person-centred planning support, Education and training for staff as well as pupils/student workshops.

Y.O.U also provides guidance to employers, businesses and organisations seeking advice on how to support disabled staff and customers and ensure that their businesses and services are fully inclusive.
