We deliver SDS-funded Employability Fund courses at both stage 2 and stage 3 of the employability pipeline. Our course is open to young people aged 16-25 living in both Aberdeen City and Aberdeenshire.
Our stage 2 course is a 12-week employability & skills development course which incorporates community media training to increase core skills and support young people in education, employment or training.
Our stage 3 course uses the same principles as the stage 2 course but is aimed at those a little closer to the world of work, as such we focus on honing employability skills over a concentrated 4-week period before sending our young people out on a 6-week work placement.
