We support young people aged 16-25 experiencing emotional and mental health challenges across the Scottish Borders.

We offer early low intensity intervention for those with low level (mild to moderate) mental health issues or who are at risk of developing mental health issues. We work closely with Social Work, schools, colleges, employability schemes and care leavers as well as individuals who have heard about our service through word of mouth.

The service is led by a professional coordinator and runs with support provided by two support officers and a team of volunteer mentors.
