The Local Investigations course is an exciting opportunity to uncover either aspects of the past, an area of historical interest or people from the past. Past students have studied topics such as the Dark Side of Edinburgh; and characters from the past like Burke and Hare; Deacon Brodie; and Dr Miranda Barry. The challenge is to find a little known piece of the past and discover more.
