Parent or carer must accompany the child in the water. It is a fun, non structured play session.

Venue: Tryst Sports Centre, Cumbernauld

Time: Sundays at 5:30-6:30 pm

Cost: £1.80 per child and £2.50 per adult. Payment is made to PALS, as this activity is subsidised by PALS for their members.
