If you’re looking for answers, seeking support or simply need to talk to someone who understands – just ask!
Many of our Helpdesk Responder Team have personal experience of hearing loss and they are ready to offer information, guidance and support to help you take your next step – whether you have hearing loss yourself or wish to support someone else.
Our Helpdesk is monitored during office hours (Monday-Friday 10am-2pm). We will pass your question to the most appropriate volunteer Helpdesk Responder for reply. This can sometimes take up to 10 days, but we will endeavor to have answers for you sooner.
