The National Breastfeeding Helpline offers friendly, non-judgemental, independent, evidence based breastfeeding support and information to anyone in the UK who needs it. We are open 24 hours a day, 365 days a year so you can call at any time. You can also message us for support via Facebook and Instagram. Support is offered by peer supporters, who are mums who have personal experience of breastfeeding and have completed accredited training.
