At Unity, we proudly deliver Carers Gateway services across North Ayrshire (including Arran and Cumbrae), offering dedicated support for unpaid and family carers of all ages. Whether you’re caring for a relative, friend, or neighbour, our services are here to support you—no matter the type of care you provide. This could include practical help like shopping or preparing meals, or emotional and administrative support such as being there to talk, managing someone’s finances, or assisting with healthcare needs.

Carers Gateway services include:

• Specialist information, advice, and advocacy
• Access to respite opportunities, including day trips and short breaks from your caring role
• Health and wellbeing activities to support your mental and physical health
• Social events and peer support, connecting you with other carers who understand your journey
