EVAA offers support for women experiencing or who have experienced domestic violence or gender-based abuse including physical, emotional, financial, or sexual abuse, sexual exploitation, human trafficking and coercive control.


EVAA support and empower women through confidential 1-1 support sessions and group work, face to face, online or using a hybrid approach.


All individual details and identity remain discreet in line with our policies and legislation.


We help with:

  • Addressing immediate needs such as safety planning
  • Supporting people to remain safely in their own accommodation
  • Support to identify alternative safe accommodation
  • Supporting those with no access to public funds
  • Emotional, practical and social support
  • Providing personal and home security items
  • Support to maintain and rebuild relationships
  • Crisis intervention
  • Agreed Advocacy
  • Referral to other specialist agencies, where required
  • Translation services can be arranged
