Forest Bathing is a practice of walking leisurely through woods or forest, immersing yourself in the natural environment and using all your senses.

It aims to enhance wellbeing, and relieve stress, anxiety and depression. It has also been shown to improve concentration and short-term memory and reduce the symptoms of ADHD. Research also suggests it can lead to improvements in pulse rate and blood pressure, and it can offer benefits for those who struggle with regular physical activity due to musculoskeletal conditions such as Arthritis and Multiple Sclerosis.

Hugh is a certified Forest Therapy Practitioner having trained with the Forest Therapy Institute and is a member of the Forest Therapy Hub.

We offer Guided Forest Bathing across West Lochaber.
