The Monday Walking Group is a shorter walk than the Rambling Group and so is accessible to a wider range of fitness levels. The group is accompanied by a staff member and has a planned schedule of walks.
The walks usually head off from the at the Centre at around 12.30 pm . These can be weather dependant so if in doubt please call ahead to the Centre first.
People wishing to come along to our Support Services must have an existing mental health problem and be over 18 years old and a referral from e.g. a GP or Mental Health Team is required.
