Milton Food Hub is part of North Glasgow Community Food Initiative.

Our gardening sessions focus on enhancing individual’s overall well-being, building skills, confidence and countering social isolation. Furthermore, valuable skills are gained; as well as a sense of purpose and increased ownership of the community gardens.

These sessions are a welcoming space providing support for community members who are grappling with mental ill health such as anxiety, agoraphobia, depression and PTSD; as well as community members in addiction recovery; people with learning difficulties; and people who are neurodivergent.
