Kintore Health Walk
by Aberdeenshire Health Walks Claimed
Covid19 update - there may be changes to this walk, please contact before joining.
From April to November, ‘Kintore Health Walks’ runs a weekly health walk around Kintore on a Wednesday morning, setting off from the Town House car park at 10am. Kintore Health Walks, ran by volunteer walk leaders, is part of the Scottish Health Walk Network & is supported by Paths for All. Our walks, led by trained volunteers, usually last up to an hour and are based around the town of Kintore. We finish up with a cup of tea/ coffee and biscuits at the local library. Whether you would like to meet new people in your area or get more active, we are always looking for new people to join in our walks. Our walks are also ‘Macmillan Friendly’ which means that with the help of specially trained leaders, we are able to welcome referrals from the Move More programme to join our walks. Please note these walks have stopped for the winter and will restart on April 1st 2020.
