Action for Children offer a 5-week programme that focuses on training young people aged 16-24 who are interested in a career in Customer Service.

The programme will develop and/or improve various skills and qualities such as social skills, teamwork, communication, use of social media, employability skills, and more. Throughout the programme, participants will work through the SQA SCQF Level 4 – Customer Service qualification which will aid them in any employment-based setting.

All participants will be allocated a key worker who will support them throughout the programme and can provide further support for up to 6 months (depending upon the individual needs).
