We provide a range of practical housing support interventions to help people manage their own home and maintain their tenancy. This service enables the people we support to live their lives in an environment which suits their needs and to assist the individual to maintain their own tenancy, to live in their own home and have an equal presence in their local community. To achieve this the service uses a person-centred planning process to provide an individually designed package of support.
