Free befriending service for anyone living in Badenoch and Strathspey.

Do you ever feel lonely or isolated? ?Do you know someone who feels lonely or isolated? Would a regular visitor or phone call help to ease that feeling?

Volunteer Befrienders can visit you for an hour or two each week in your own home, or they can accompany you out and about. Befrienders provide company and help to do social activities, continue hobbies and take up new interests both inside and outside the home. Telephone befrienders are also available to call you each week for a chat.
