HIVE (Health in the Valley Enterprise) offers support groups for adults across East Ayrshire with mental health issues. Groups support mental wellbeing, self-esteem and confidence through making friends and learning new skills.

Our groups meet in friendly, discreet settings, in and around Cumnock, Dalmellington, Irvine Valley and Stewarton.

If you would like to build new friendships and enjoy professional and peer support and encouragement, we’d love you to join us.
