Al-Anon are here for anyone affected by someone else’s drinking. Our Helpline is staffed by a team of friendly and helpful volunteers who share their own experience. The volunteers are members of Al-Anon, and not professionals. They will listen and be happy to answer your questions however they are unable to provide medical advice.

Helpline is open from 10am – 10pm, 365 days a year. Please do not leave a message as, to ensure callers’ confidentiality, we are unable to return calls.
