Mental Health Wellbeing Consultation

Delivered by: HSTAR Scotland
Last reviewed: 15/06/2023

The MHW Clinic has been developed for temporary support for female survivors of trauma and/or abuse. Our team is happy to offer free support for up to 2 hours (4x 30 min sessions) in the areas of mental health well-being such as stress management, building coping skills, breathing techniques, as well as building a self-care plan for your well-being.

It is important to note that HSTAR Scotland is not a mental health well-being long-term clinic and can only provide a temporary level of support of up to a maximum of four consultations prior to offering trauma recovery counselling. It is not possible to extend or increase the length or number of sessions, nor is there any option to extend or increase them in any way..
