Meeting Point: Getting Better Together Ltd, Kirk Road Shotts
Every week we go on a lovely nature walk. We go to a variety of places including Hartwood, Springhill nature trail, and other local /surrounding nature walks. Great for getting out for some fresh air and light exercise. Great way to meet new people. Suitable for carers/cared for. All staff and volunteers are trained for Dementia friendly walks
