This service is only available for general waste (grey) bins, paper & card (blue) bins and metals, plastics and cans (burgundy) bins. Assisted collection services are not available for garden waste (brown) bins or food waste bins.

In order to process the application, a representative from Dundee City Council may call or telephone.
Until the application is processed, it is still the responsibility of the householder to present their waste in the waste container provided.
