Minority Ethnic Women's Service

WSREC's Minority Ethnic Women's Service aims to empower minority ethnic women to become part of civic society, with enhanced opportunities to join civic structures and influence change in democratic processes. This involves joining structures such as education boards, equality and diversity groups, community planning councils, etc. 

The service runs a range of training and capacity building workshops on topics such as: 

  • communication skills
  • meeting skills
  • public speaking
  • digital skills
  • leadership skills
  • the Equality Act 2010
