ReConnect is for older people aged over 50 living in their own homes in South Lanarkshire who are experiencing issues which increase loneliness and isolation and therefore making it difficult for them to live independently.
Fully trained, caring volunteers will visit you at home and help identify local groups and activities which are suitable and accessible to meet your interests and social needs. They will then help link you in to these, getting you out and about, meeting friends old and new and enjoying life to the full.
