How It Felt

This is a Claimed service
Delivered by: How It Felt This is a Claimed organisation
Last updated: 07/10/2025

Our workshops can cater to all ages and staff that can make puppets of themselves (or a character they want) and artwork/films they wish to create. This will be done step by step with guidance and supervision by the How It Felt Team.

Our workshops and services are mainly participant led and can adapt to the partnerships themes and services.

Using art as tools to breaking down barriers surrounding the stigma of mental health and helping the individual with their own personal issues or fun. Some examples of themes we have covered is bullying, anxiety, depression, relationships, empathy, etc.

At the end of the workshop/project the participants can celebrate their achievements with a gathering of an exhibition/film premiere of their work. The final products can be finished puppets, arts and crafts, artwork, and a finished film, etc. created by the participants which they can keep.

Please get in touch and we can send you a copy of our Workshop Menu with more details: debzhowitfelt@gmail.com
