Tai Chi is a Chinese martial art practised for defence training, health benefits and meditation. It requires no experience and can be done seated for those with mobility issues. It helps improve balance, strength, agility and coordination.
The class is on every Tuesday 11 - 11.45am, the 45 minutes class taken by our experienced instructor Morag. No booking is required just come along on the day and try it out it is £3 per class.
