Delivered by Culture Perth and Kinross, the Mobile Library Service operates throughout Perth and Kinross taking books and information to rural parts of the area not services by a community library building. There is a wide range of stock on board for people of all ages. The specially designed mobile library vehicles are all fully accessible with disabled ramp access. Library membership is completely free. For information about routes, check out the mobile library timetables on the Culture Perth and Kinross website
