Castlemilk Park

This service is Free to use

Castlemilk Park, the woodland that runs through Castlemilk, was originally part of a designed landscape of the Castlemilk House, however the woodland is very much the heart of the Castlemilk community.

The woodlands have amazing array of trees from the giant sequoia (redwood) tree to other more common Scottish species. Other wildlife that can be seen throughout the years are herons, mallards, Eurasian dippers, foxes and roe deer.

It's a fantastic place for its 3 main walks which are daffodil, waterfall and icehouse walks which are around 1km in length and range from easy to moderate walks. The park even has its own small wildflower meadow.
